Terms and Conditions

This document is a binding agreement between the visitor (hereinafter — the User) and the administration of the information and analytics portal vegasua.co.ua (hereinafter — the Portal), which specialises in preparing independent reviews of online casinos. Any use of the Portal's materials — viewing pages, downloading files, following the links placed on it — means that the User has read the terms of this agreement and accepts them in full.

Purpose of the Portal

The Portal was created to systematise and present in a convenient form information about the activities of online casino operators. The editorial team prepares casino reviews, guides and topical publications. The Portal is not an organiser of gambling, does not accept bets, does not open gaming accounts and does not carry out financial transactions with visitors' funds. The published materials serve solely as an information guide and do not replace an independent study of a particular operator's terms.

Access to materials

The Portal is intended for an adult audience. By accessing any section of the Portal, the User confirms the following:

1. They are at least 21 years old, the minimum age for taking part in gambling in Ukraine.
2. They independently determine whether viewing such materials is lawful in their country of residence and assume all related responsibility.
3. They will not use automated means of copying, indexing or other mass data collection from the Portal without the prior written consent of the administration.

Content protection

The texts of the reviews, the graphic design and the structure of the Portal are protected as objects of copyright. Full or partial reproduction, adaptation or public distribution of these materials without written permission is prohibited. Quoting individual fragments is permitted provided that the quotation does not exceed reasonable limits and the source is credited with a direct active hyperlink to the original page.

Limitation of liability

The administration strives to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date, but publishes it on an «as is» basis. This means:

• Information about bonuses, rates, payment methods and other operator parameters reflects the situation at the time of the last editorial check and may differ from the operator's current terms.
• The administration accepts no liability for financial losses, lost profits or any other damage arising in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Portal's materials.
• The User makes decisions about signing up on operators' platforms, topping up accounts and taking part in gambling solely at their own discretion and risk.
• The Portal does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or technical security of external resources to which the links placed on it may lead.

Affiliate model

Some links on the Portal may be affiliate links. This means that the administration receives a commission if the User follows such a link and signs up on the operator's platform. The fact of the partnership is disclosed in line with the principle of transparency. Commercial relations with an operator do not affect the content and conclusions of a review. The editorial rating is formed independently of the commercial department.

Revision of the terms

The administration reserves the right to update this agreement without separate notice. The current version is always published on the relevant page of the Portal. The User is obliged to monitor changes independently; continued use of the Portal after an updated version has been published is deemed to be acceptance of it.

Governing law and disputes

The agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the dispute is referred to the competent court in accordance with the procedural legislation of Ukraine.
