Privacy Policy

This policy sets out what information the administration of the analytical portal vegasua.co.ua (hereinafter, the Portal) collects, what it is used for, and how it is stored and protected. The document has been prepared taking into account the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the provisions of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) insofar as they apply to visitors from the relevant jurisdictions. By continuing to use the Portal, you confirm your agreement with the terms set out below.

Data we collect

When you interact with the Portal, the following information may be recorded:

  1. Technical information — IP address, browser and operating system type and version, screen resolution, device language settings, time zone.
  2. Navigation information — pages viewed, the order of transitions, time spent on each page, the source of the visit, and the date and time of access.
  3. Information provided on the User’s initiative — name, email address and message text entered in the contact form.
  4. Cookie data — session identifiers, personalisation settings, analytics and affiliate markers.

Why data is processed

The administration uses the collected information for clearly defined purposes:

  • Technical support of the Portal’s operation, and detecting and fixing failures.
  • Analysis of traffic and behavioural patterns to improve the structure, navigation and content.
  • Handling requests received through the contact form and preparing replies to Users’ enquiries.
  • Preventing unauthorised access, automated data scraping and other malicious activity.
  • Fulfilling obligations under applicable law and responding to justified requests from authorised bodies.

Legal grounds

The processing of personal data is based on one or more of the following grounds: the User’s consent, expressed by using the Portal or by filling in the contact form; the administration’s legitimate interest in ensuring the stable operation, security and development of the Portal; and the need to comply with requirements established by applicable law.

Cookies

The Portal uses cookies to function correctly and to collect analytics. The types of cookies used are:

  • Strictly necessary — provide basic functions: saving session parameters, displaying pages correctly and protecting against repeated form submissions. Disabling these cookies may limit functionality.
  • Analytics — allow anonymised statistics to be collected to evaluate content performance and identify technical problems. They may involve third-party services, including Google Analytics.
  • Affiliate — record clicks on affiliate links and help evaluate the effectiveness of commercial cooperation with operators.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Deleting or blocking certain categories of cookies may limit the functionality available on the Portal.

Third parties

The administration does not sell, transfer or provide commercial access to Users’ personal data. Limited disclosure of information is possible in the following cases:

  1. Engaging providers of analytics or hosting services that process data on behalf of and on the instructions of the administration under concluded agreements.
  2. Complying with lawful requests from law enforcement, judicial or regulatory authorities in the manner prescribed by law.
  3. Protecting the rights, property or safety of the administration or third parties in the event of a dispute or threat.

Storage and security

Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the stated processing purposes, or for the period established by law. The administration implements organisational and technical protection measures: encryption of data transmission channels using the TLS protocol, access restriction based on the principle of least privilege, regular backups and security audits of information systems. At the same time, no method of electronic storage or transmission provides absolute security.

Users’ rights

In accordance with applicable law, the User has the right to:

  • Receive information about which of their personal data is processed by the administration and the purposes of such processing.
