Terms and Conditions

This document is a binding agreement between the visitor (hereinafter, the User) and the administration of the information and analytics portal vegasua.co.ua (hereinafter, the Portal), which specialises in preparing independent reviews of online casinos and bookmakers. Any access to the Portal's materials — viewing pages, downloading files, following the links posted — means that the User has read the terms of this agreement and accepts them in full.

Purpose of the Portal

The Portal was created to systematise and present in a convenient form information about the activities of gambling and sports betting operators. The editorial team prepares analytical reviews, ratings, comparison tables and topical publications. The Portal is not a gambling organiser, does not accept bets, does not open gaming accounts and does not carry out financial transactions with visitors' funds. The published materials serve solely as an informational guide and do not replace independent study of a particular operator's terms.

Access to materials

The Portal is intended for an adult audience. By accessing any section of the Portal, the User confirms the following:

1. They are at least 18 years old or have reached another minimum age established by the laws of their jurisdiction for access to information about gambling.
2. They independently determine whether viewing such materials is lawful in their country of residence and assume all related responsibility.
3. They will not use automated tools for copying, indexing or any other mass collection of data from the Portal without the prior written consent of the administration.

Content protection

The texts of reviews, rating models, graphic design and structure of the Portal are protected as objects of copyright. Full or partial reproduction, adaptation or public distribution of these materials without written permission is prohibited. Quoting individual fragments is permitted provided that the quotation does not exceed reasonable limits and the source is cited in the form of a direct active hyperlink to the original page.

Limits of liability

The administration strives to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information, but publishes it on an "as is" basis. This means:

• Information about bonuses, fees, payment methods and other operator parameters reflects the situation at the time of the last editorial check and may differ from the operator's current terms.
• The administration accepts no liability for financial losses, lost profits or any other damage arising in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Portal's materials.
• The User makes decisions about registering on operators' platforms, topping up accounts and taking part in gambling solely at their own discretion and risk.
• The Portal does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or technical security of external resources to which the posted links may lead.

Affiliate model

Some links on the Portal may be affiliate links. This means that the administration receives a commission if the User follows such a link and registers on the operator's platform. The fact of the partnership is disclosed in line with the principle of transparency. The existence of commercial relations with an operator does not affect the content of a review, the rating assigned or the operator's position in comparison tables. The editorial assessment is formed independently of the commercial department.

Revision of terms

The administration reserves the right to update this agreement without separate notice. The current version is always posted on the relevant page of the Portal. The User is obliged to monitor changes independently; continued use of the Portal after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of it.

Governing law and disputes

The agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the dispute is referred to a competent court in accordance with the procedural laws of Ukraine.
